General Agreement
- Purchasing BRAND’S products on this website from Suntory Beverage & Food (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“company") or from those who are officially authorized by the company, it is considered that you have agreed to be bound and consented to the terms and conditions on this website."
- The terms specified under this agreement and these conditions shall have the following meanings.
a. "You" refers to an individual or legal entity that purchases goods on this website.
Kh. "Product" means any goods that are bought and sold through this website.
- In the event that you create an account to purchase BRAND'S products on this website, you are responsible for keeping the "username" and "password" you receive confidential.
- The information displayed on the website is not an offer by the company for the sale or supply of any goods or services, but rather an invitation for you to make an offer. By placing an order through this website, you are making an offer to the company to purchase the goods you have selected on the website in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Products and prices

Ordering products

Payment
- The company accepts payments through electronic channels including credit cards, QR Code, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Prompt Pay, and ATM. You will be redirected to an external website to complete your payment. Payments made through such external websites are considered as your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the credit card company and/or the terms and conditions of that external website at your own risk. The company will not be responsible for any damages incurred by you from using the external website.
- All payments will be subject to the approval of the payment processing company, which is an external contractor, and/or financial institutions, and we will not be liable if the payment processing company, which is an external contractor, and/or financial institutions refuse to accept or verify the credit card or electronic banking transactions for any reason. The company reserves the right to (1) exercise its discretion to refuse any payment if there are any suspicious circumstances, and (2) change the payment terms for products at any time. All orders received through this website will be subject to the company's order fulfillment.
Shipping
- After confirming the payment, the company will proceed to deliver the goods to the address you provided via private transportation services.

- When the goods are delivered to the address specified in your order and have been received, the order will be considered complete. In the event that there is no recipient for the delivered goods, we may exercise discretion in reshipping the goods, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the next delivery.
- In the event that the product is returned to the company because it cannot be delivered, the order will be considered canceled, and we will refund the amount charged to you for the product.
Returns and order cancellations.
21. Upon receiving the goods, you are required to inspect the products, the condition of the packaging, and the quantity of the items to ensure they are correct, and sign the delivery receipt to confirm the accuracy of the products. If you find that the goods are damaged, defective, or not in perfect condition, you can request a return and a refund by notifying us of your intention to return the goods within 7 days from the date of receipt. The company will contact you for further information to consider the return. Once the company approves the return, it will arrange a pickup with you, which will take approximately 3–5 business days, and will process the refund through the method that will be communicated to you.
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract with the company by notifying the company within 7 days from the date you received the product. You must return all products you received in their original condition to the company, and the company will refund the amount you paid for the product within 15 days from the date you exercised your right to cancel the contract.
Corporate liability
23. The company's total liability for your product orders through the website, whether under contract, tort, or otherwise (including but not limited to loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from products that do not conform to the agreement or any other breach of our agreements as stated herein), shall not exceed the total value of the products that you have paid for the purchase on this website. The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising under or in connection with the purchase of products (whether such liability arises from negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation, or any other cause).
24. Your purchase of products from this website is solely at your own risk. The products sold under this website are provided without any warranty, either express or implied.
25. The company shall not be liable for any delays or failures to comply with this purchase agreement in the event that such delays or failures are caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the company. Such events include (but are not limited to) fire, flood, earthquake, storm, natural disasters, war, riots, terrorism, or malicious acts or destruction of the company's property, equipment, or belongings.
Other agreements
The company reserves the right to amend, improve, and change this agreement and its terms at our discretion without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the website and placing orders after such amendments will be deemed as your acceptance of the changes made to this agreement and its terms.
You agree that the products purchased from this website are intended for personal consumption only. You will not use the products for any other purposes that are inappropriate for the condition of the products.
28. The company reserves the right to limit, cancel, or reduce the quantity of orders when it deems appropriate and necessary.
29. If any provision of this agreement and its terms is not binding and enforceable under the law, or is contrary to the law for any reason, such provision shall not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this agreement and its terms, and the provisions that cannot be enforced under the law shall be deemed to be severed.
30. The terms and conditions of this agreement, including the notification and confirmation of payment, shall be considered a contract between both parties for the purchase of your goods and shall take precedence over any other statements or agreements, whether written or verbal, between you and the company.
31. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the terms and conditions of this agreement, including without limitation any questions regarding the existence, validity, or termination thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of general jurisdiction in Thailand.

Terms and Conditions for Using the Monthly Package Membership System (Subscription Program)
1. Definition
“Subscription Program"refers to the service that you agree to allow the company to deliver goods and automatically charge your credit card in installments according to the period you choose."
- Subscription
2.1 You agree to subscribe to the service and can choose the frequency of product delivery as follows.
- Every 4 weeks
- Every 6 weeks
- Every 8 weeks
2.2 This subscription is considered an acceptance for the company to automatically charge the customer's credit card for the service fee according to the delivery cycle you have chosen.
You certify that you are at least 20 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you are under 20 years of age, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
- Shipping
3.1 The company will proceed with the delivery of goods according to the time frame you selected.
In case of necessity, the company reserves the right to adjust the delivery date as appropriate, without affecting the essence of the cycle.
4. Payment
4.1 You agree to allow the company to process automatic credit card payments (Recurring Payment).
4.2 The company will charge for the goods on a monthly basis, based on the date of the customer's first payment. Customers will receive the goods within 2–5 business days from the date of payment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
In the event that the billing fails, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of services or the delivery of goods, and the company will notify you to make a new payment through the Notification or the email you have registered.
In the event that the billing fails due to out-of-stock items, you can choose the following course of action.
- Switch to another product that is available.
- Skip the order in that period.
- Discounts and benefits
5.1 Customers will receive discounts based on the specified conditions, which depend on the selected delivery round, such as
- Shorter delivery cycles may result in higher discounts.
- Longer delivery times may result in different discounts.
5.2 The company reserves the right to change the discount and will notify customers in advance.
- Cancellation of monthly package membership service
6.1 Customers can cancel the monthly subscription package under the condition that at least 2 orders have been successfully placed.
6.2 The cancellation of the monthly package membership service must be completed before the next billing cycle as specified by the company.

- Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to the company's return policy.
