How to eat
It is recommended to take continuously every day, 1-2 sachets, at any time.
- Dissolve in 250 ml of drinking water (cold water or room temperature water)
- Consume by pouring directly into the mouth from the pouch and drink 1-2 glasses of water afterwards.
If consuming 2 packets a day, it is recommended to take them separately, such as after breakfast and in the evening.
